1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 66winn (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

To use the gaming services on 66winn, you must register and maintain a single, personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one 66winn account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 66winn.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 66winn will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• KYC verification: 66winn may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for regulatory compliance. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID).
• Account transferability: Your 66winn account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 66winn are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 66winn may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱100.
• Withdrawal processing: 66winn targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawals require OTP confirmation via your registered Philippine mobile number. 66winn reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Source of funds: 66winn may request documentation confirming the lawful source of funds deposited into your account in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction limits: 66winn may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at its discretion or as required by PAGCOR regulation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

66winn offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• 66winn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect players who have already accepted a specific offer in good faith.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66winn platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 66winn or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 66winn platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 66winn.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 66winn's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66winn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities due to technical failure. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

66winn makes no warranty that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 66winn will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

66winn collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

66winn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion.
• Instruction by PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deducting pending bonuses subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC compliance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to 66winn's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
